Ce produit vient de revenir sur nos tablettes en petite quantit\u00e9. Son prix sympathique en fait un rapport qualit\u00e9 plaisir imbattable.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alvarinho, c\u2019est un des grands c\u00e9pages du Vinho Verde. Il y a trouv\u00e9 son terroir d\u2019\u00e9lection dans le nord de la r\u00e9gion, autour des petits villages de Mon\u00e7ao et Melga\u00e7o. Cette r\u00e9gion du nord du Portugal touche en fait \u00e0 l\u2019Espagne et le c\u00e9page alvarinho en passant la fronti\u00e8re, devient alors l\u2019albarino. Fait int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 noter, de fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les Espagnols vont \u00e9laborer l\u2019albarino en lui faisant faire la fermentation malolactique et un \u00e9levage en f\u00fbt, alors que les Portuguais vont travailler l\u2019alvarinho en arr\u00eatant la malolactique, sans passage sous bois.
