La biodynamie est un type de culture qui ne convient pas \u00e0 tous et qui se fait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle. Cette technique de culture, expliqu\u00e9e dans les grandes lignes, combine la culture biologique au cycle lunaire et plan\u00e9taire et, \u00e0 certains proc\u00e9d\u00e9s qu&#8217;il serait assez fastidieux de vous expliquer sur cette page. Si vous voulez en savoir plus, l&#8217;homme qui a \u00e9tabli les concepts de la biodynamie, c&#8217;est Rudolph Steiner. Je vous parle en fait de tout \u00e7a parce que quelques fois, les produits qui naissent de ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 sont discutables de par leur notion de typicit\u00e9 de c\u00e9page et de terroir. Mais quand c&#8217;est bien fait comme chez Aphros par exemple, \u00e7a peut \u00eatre franchement tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s bon!<\/p>\n<p>Je sors donc de chez Vasco Croft, sympathique propri\u00e9taire du domaine Aphros. Ce domaine \u00e9tabli il y a quelques ann\u00e9es autour de la maison familiale est men\u00e9 de main de ma\u00eetre par Vasco et son \u00e9quipe qui nous proposent des Vinho Verde hors du commun. C&#8217;est net, droit, frais, min\u00e9ral, typique&#8230; on en boirait vraiment beaucoup! Si vous d\u00e9sirez d\u00e9guster les produits de cette maison, le Loureiro est disponible dans quelques restaurants au Qu\u00e9bec.
