{"id":1412,"date":"2018-07-13T20:33:44","date_gmt":"2018-07-13T19:33:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elyselambert.com\/?p=1412"},"modified":"2018-07-26T16:00:00","modified_gmt":"2018-07-26T15:00:00","slug":"1412","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elyselambert.com\/en\/2018\/07\/13\/1412\/","title":{"rendered":"La r\u00e9gion du Douro revue et corrig\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">C&#8217;est la saison des fraises et aussi celle des grillades, voici donc deux vins du Douro, parfaits pour accompagner l&#8217;un et l&#8217;autre!<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>Douro<\/strong> c&#8217;est une r\u00e9gion sublime du Portugal, inscrite au <a href=\"https:\/\/whc.unesco.org\/fr\/list\/1046\">patrimoine mondial de l&#8217;UNESCO<\/a>! Dans les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, elle a particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 offrir en terme de vigne, en raison des habitudes de consommations qui ont beaucoup chang\u00e9es par rapport au porto. Longtemps consomm\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re \u00e0 travers le monde, la consommation de porto est aujourd&#8217;hui extr\u00eamement r\u00e9duite et de fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e dans le monde, ce qui laisse donc des vignes disponibles pour faire de nouvelles choses. Les Portugais vont donc faire renaitre ce raisin avec des rouges secs, des vins de table tout \u00e0 fait magnifiques, id\u00e9al avec des <strong>grillades au BBQ<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/quintadelarosa.com\/content\/port-wine-and-olive-oil\">Quinta De La Rosa<\/a>, mill\u00e9sime 2016, c&#8217;est au nez\u00a0 notes de fruits noirs, de cacao, des ar\u00f4mes presque un peu fum\u00e9s, un vin racoleur quand on le respire, mais du reste tr\u00e8s s\u00e9rieux avec en bouche de beaux tannins murs, un c\u00f4t\u00e9 un peu crayeux et une belle fraicheur. Mis au monde par la Bergqvist, p\u00e8re et fille tiennent aujourd\u2019hui le vignoble en 1906. Dans les ann\u00e9es 90 ils entament la production de vins secs, avec les assemblages de c\u00e9pages classiques de la r\u00e9gion : touriga nacional, le touriga franca, le tinta roriz et un peu de f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane fran\u00e7ais, mais sans trop de marquage.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le deuxi\u00e8me choix, on reste dans la r\u00e9gion du Douro, en pleine <strong>saison des fraises au Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong>, j&#8217;ai donc trouv\u00e9 l&#8217;accord parfait. Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es on a vu appara\u00eetre le <strong>porto ros\u00e9<\/strong>, \u00e9labor\u00e9 comme un blanc, mais avec des raisins rouges. Avec ce porto ros\u00e9 l\u00e0, le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.croftport.com\/en\/catalogue\/pink\/croft-pink\/\">Croft Pink<\/a>, je me suis amus\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;accorder avec diff\u00e9rentes choses comme&#8230; des fraises au poivre, que ma m\u00e8re me faisait quand j&#8217;\u00e9tais petite!<\/p>\n<p>Le porto ros\u00e9 vient les sublimer, et de fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale va \u00eatre un accord magnifique avec les fraises ayant un peu de sucrosit\u00e9! \u00c0 servir bien froid, l&#8217;alcool ressort un peu moins de cette fa\u00e7on, c&#8217;est une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.croftport.com\/en\/\">maison Croft<\/a>, qui fait du porto depuis maintenant tr\u00e8s longtemps et qui f\u00eate son <strong>430e anniversaire<\/strong> cette ann\u00e9e.
