Un blanc d&#8217;Espagne, un rouge du Languedoc, mes suggestions ici pour se pr\u00e9parer au beau temps!<\/h2>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8re suggestion en vin blanc : pr\u00e9parez<strong> le<\/strong> <strong>poisson grill\u00e9<\/strong> comme l&#8217;espadon,<strong> les fruits de mer<\/strong> au barbecue comme des calamars ou encore du <strong>fenouil en salade et sur le gill<\/strong>! En ce moment en Espagne, on a un retour sur des vins identitaires qui mettent en valeur le terroir et ce produit en est un bel exemple. On est sur le plateau de <strong>Madrid,<\/strong> dans une r\u00e9gion tr\u00e8s chaude, avec un vin fait \u00e0 partir d&#8217;un c\u00e9page rarement utilis\u00e9 pour faire de grands vins, l&#8217;<strong>albillo<\/strong>. Sur le plateau madrilain, il est travaill\u00e9 d&#8217;une fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s originale, dans de tr\u00e8s vieilles vignes et avec <strong>leurs peaux mac\u00e9r\u00e9es pendant une quarantaine de jours<\/strong> pour aller chercher l&#8217;\u00e2me du c\u00e9page. \u00c9tonnant, car la mac\u00e9ration pelliculaire est habituellement fa\u00eete sur des c\u00e9pages plus aromatiques pour les faire ressortir. Je le conseille pour les amateurs de blancs discrets, mais qui cherchent la finesse et la puret\u00e9 du produit. Au nez on retrouve des notes d&#8217;<strong>amandes grill\u00e9es<\/strong>, d&#8217;<strong>anis<\/strong> et en bouche on d\u00e9couvre une <strong>salinit\u00e9 exceptionnelle<\/strong>. On n\u2019est vraiment pas sur de l\u2019acidit\u00e9, mais sur une<strong> amertume ph\u00e9nolique,<\/strong> qui le fait rester longtemps dans le palais et le rend tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sent. Si vous partez donc sur de poisson ou du fenouil grill\u00e9, c&#8217;est le waouh assur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le second produit, on est dans le <strong>Languedoc<\/strong> sur un rouge \u00e0 un prix tr\u00e8s raisonnable! <strong>Le Donnadieu, Les sentiers de Bagatelle<\/strong> est un mill\u00e9sime 2016, une cuv\u00e9e interm\u00e9diaire du domaine familial. Christine Deleuze et Luc Simon, fr\u00e8res et soeur, travaillent sur le domaine transmis de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration aux fratries. \u00c0 ce prix-l\u00e0, il est tr\u00e8s difficile de trouver de l&#8217;aussi belle <strong>syrah<\/strong>, qui est ici assembl\u00e9e avec les c\u00e9pages typiques du bassin m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en : <strong>mourv\u00e8dre, grenache et carignan<\/strong>. On y retrouve le <strong>caract\u00e8re \u00e9pic\u00e9<\/strong> de la syrah, le <strong>c\u00f4t\u00e9 violette et poivre noir<\/strong> aussi. Le grenache va venir remplir le milieu de bouche. Pour les accords mets et vin, on table ici sur de <strong>l&#8217;agneau.<\/strong> L&#8217;agneau et la syrah forment un accord grandiose! C\u00f4t\u00e9 v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, on partira sur une tapenade, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence avec\u00a0<strong>olives noires<\/strong>, ensemble ils forment un <strong>tremplin aromatique<\/strong>. Le produit est une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 SAQ et non un r\u00e9gulier, mais vous pouvez tout \u00e0 fait le commander, et je vous le conseille!
