Je vous propose donc un mousseux du Luxembourg qui s&#8217;est distingu\u00e9 lors d&#8217;une d\u00e9gustation \u00e0 l&#8217;aveugle et un Gamay qui incarne bien ce qu&#8217;on attend du Beaujolais nouveau.<\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le Luxembourg, aux fronti\u00e8re de la Belgique, de l&#8217;Allemagne et de la France poss\u00e8de \u00e0 peine 1300 hectares de vignes avec plus ou moins 300 producteurs. Quand on est en climat frais comme le leur et qu&#8217;on produit des raisins avec une bonne acidit\u00e9, on se donne des conditions gagnantes pour faire de jolies bulles. Le vin que je vous pr\u00e9sente cette semaine est donc un mousseux de Bernard Massard, qui vient tout juste d&#8217;arriver en SAQ. Une cuv\u00e9e \u00e0 100% Chardonnay, nette, complexe et \u00e9l\u00e9gante avec des notes de brioche et de pomme jaune.<\/p>\n<p>Comme deuxi\u00e8me suggestion, c&#8217;est la saison o\u00f9 les Beaujolais Nouveau entrent en SAQ\u00a0 alors pourquoi pas en profiter! Le vin que je vous pr\u00e9sente est les Griottes de Pierre et Marie Chermette du Domaine du Vissoux, une cuv\u00e9e que l&#8217;on retrouve de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re en SAQ, mais avec celui-ci est fait avec ses cuves qui sont le plus en fruit, le plus \u00e9clatante, le plus en fraicheur.
